What is Coolant ?

Coolant is Phyllosilicate clay, naturally occurring diatomaceous earth product.

Coolant is an edible mineral used as an anti-caking agent in tooth paste.

How does it work ?

Protects fruit from direct sun burn and heat stress damage, thereby reducing sunburn losses by 50%

Keeps the canopy cooler, which boosts photosynthesis and thereby yields even under high light and heat environments.

Reduces activity of certain insect pests by forming a barrier film.

When to apply Coolant ?

Before sunburn conditions.

Provide thorough coverage of all fruits and leaf surfaces with 2 applications 7 days apart.

If sunburn conditions are prolonged, give additional sprays.

How to apply Coolant ?

Use 10 to 15Kg of Coolant per acre in sufficient quantity of water ensuring complete canopy coverage.

Use “Sprd-Fast” (Sticker & Spreader) for enhanced efficiency.

Application Tips : 

Spray till leaves drip of the spray water.

Re-apply after heavy rains once leaves dry off and also when there is new growth.

Add Coolant first in the tank mix before adding other products.
